Exercise barriers can happen to anyone regardless of age.  However with seniors, the exercise barriers tend to be bigger because by then something hurts, my health isn’t what it use to be or I have had an operation that I have to compensate for.  I believe if you focus on what you can control, seniors can break through exercise barriers.  In life we can create barriers to almost anything in life, but if its worth it we will find ways to achieve great things.
