I recently took a picture of a class that I was teaching, with people throwing and catching balls.  I was also once asked why I include balls in all of my workouts? Well I believe that hand eye coordination skill is something that we use a lot growing up and not much as we get older.  In addition once people are no longer kids, or have kids where they engage in activities like “catch” or playing games that use hand eye coordination skill, those abilities often go under used.  I’m not suggesting that we need to play baseball until we are 95 years old, but here are a few practical tips you can do at any age, to maintain good hand eye skill.
