When it comes to eating, a lot of the time we associate this with gaining weight.  Seniors are no different than everyone else when it comes to food, except with the additional challenge of having a metabolism that doesn’t burn calories as quickly as it use to.  I decided to share some straight forward advice on how seniors can eat to lose weight, because of how I have seen the quality of life affected of those who carry extra pounds.  Additionally if you are a senior who has a joint issue, carrying extra weight can put more stress on your joints than you need.  Do you have any other tips on how seniors can eat to lose weight?
